1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in the following cases:
Wrong product received
Damaged or defective product
Expired product (if applicable)

We do not accept returns for:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Opened or used products (unless damaged/defective)
❌ Digital products (eBooks, courses, etc.)


2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us within 48 Hours of receiving the product at contact@goforwell.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear images and Video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 48 Hours.

3️⃣ Shipping the Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

3. Refund Policy

💰 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

📌 Partial Refunds (if applicable): If the product is not in original condition or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.

📌 No Refund for Digital Products: Digital items (eBooks, courses, or subscriptions) are non-refundable once purchased.


4. Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
  • The new product will be shipped after we receive the returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund has not been received within 7 days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
