1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only in the following cases:

2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us within 48 Hours of receiving the product at contact@goforwell.com with:
- Order number
- Clear images and Video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 48 Hours.
3️⃣ Shipping the Return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refund Policy
💰 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
📌 Partial Refunds (if applicable): If the product is not in original condition or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
📌 No Refund for Digital Products: Digital items (eBooks, courses, or subscriptions) are non-refundable once purchased.
4. Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
- The new product will be shipped after we receive the returned item.
